The Specialty Collection

Our specialty collection offers you the freshest single-origin coffees from around the world, following the global harvest seasons. Focused on the farmers, all of these coffees are purchased green from Sweet Maria’s, a small distributor in southern California, who personally travels to each of the farms or cooperatives he buys from, supporting local businesses and families. Each of these coffees are available for a limited time, as we only stock 6-8 weeks worth of each. We hope you’ll enjoy exploring the different regions and countries of the world available in our seasonally-rotating specialty coffee collection. Every batch is hand roasted in our 1 kilo Aillio Bullet R1.
